Method

This method is not available: set GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY in .env (Places API) or install Playwright (browser).

Uses Places API (New) Text Search. Billed by Google per request; only the fields you tick are requested.

Scrapes google.com/maps with headless Chromium: slow (a few seconds per place), ~120 results per search, and restricted by Google's Terms of Service. Prefer the Places API for regular use.
